On the 16th of December 2020, SaudiVax Ltd. under the patronage of His Excellency Eng. Khalid Alfalih, Minister of Investment, celebrated the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Johnson & Johnson Middle East FZ LLC to localize the manufacturing of leading biological drugs. This will establish SaudiVax as the manufacturing partner of Johnson & Johnson in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, locally producing drug products in the highest quality.
Johnson & Johnson is a leading pharmaceutical company in the field of biologics for helping patients with autoimmune inflammatory conditions such as plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and Crohn’s disease. Janssen products provide great value to patients around the world through their proven efficacy, safety and quality profiles.
SaudiVax Ltd. is striving to be an addition of value to the Saudi biopharmaceutical industry, and the Saudi economy holistically. It is a major stride towards national self-sufficiency through local manufacturing and industrialization of biologics and vaccines in the Kingdom, in accordance with the SaudiVision 2030.
